1. Who we are

These terms apply to the use of WAZO3D: the website, the editor and everything that goes with them. WAZO3D is offered by:

2. Your account

• To use the editor you need an account; a free one is enough to model, keep and share. The free tools on the site can be tried without one.
• You give an e-mail address that is yours and keep your password to yourself. What happens with your account is your responsibility.
• If you are younger than 16, you need the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You can always close your account yourself, on your account page.

3. Fun and Power

• Modelling in WAZO3D is free. WAZO Fun, the free plan, has limits: how many projects you keep, which formats you export and how often you make something (a 3D print file, construction drawing, print sheet or cut-and-fold sheet). Exactly what is on the page Fun, Power and Wazo Inside compared.
• Power costs the amount on the pricing page, VAT included, per month or per year. You pay through Mollie. Power renews by itself every period until you cancel it.
• Cancelling is possible at any time, with the button "Cancel Power" on your account page. Power then lasts until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. A period that has begun is not refunded.
• Withdrawal: when you take Power for the first time, you have 14 days to change your mind. Since Power starts at once, you ask us by taking it to provide the service right away; if you withdraw within those 14 days, we refund the amount less the part of the period you already had Power.
• Prices may change. A new price only applies from your next period, and we let you know at least 30 days in advance.

4. Buying add-ons

• Who sells. You always buy paid add-ons (plugins and content packs) from WAZO3D, also when you buy them through a partner's website, such as TRAX. You pay through Mollie and the invoice comes from us.
• The price is a one-off amount, including the VAT of the country you live in. You need no subscription for it. Later versions of an add-on you bought come at no extra cost. A discount a partner gives you is shown with the payment.
• Delivered at once, no withdrawal. Once paid, the add-on is in your account straight away. When you buy, you expressly ask us to deliver at once, and you declare that you thereby give up your 14-day right of withdrawal. So an add-on you bought cannot be returned.
• If it does not do what it promises, you are entitled to a repair or your money back, as the law provides. Tell us through Support.
• What you may do with it. An add-on you bought is yours to use, in your own account. You may not copy, pass on or sell it, nor change it. What you make with it (a model, a 3D print file, a printed part) is for your own use only and not for sale, unless its maker allows otherwise on the add-on's page.
• Recognisable. Parts you make with some add-ons carry your name, and the 3D print files you export carry an invisible digital footprint of your account, so that where a copied file came from can be traced.
• A change of price does not apply to what you already bought. If you close your account, your purchases lapse with it.

5. Early Access and the lifetime discount

• While WAZO3D is in Early Access, everyone has all of Power, for free. Everyone with an account takes part and earns Early Access credits by contributing to WAZO3D's development or its community: building, putting models in the showcase, helping on the forum, liking, and reporting what does not work well.
• As thanks for their contribution, members who earn enough credits get a lifetime discount on their licence. By lifetime we mean that the discount applies for the whole duration of the licence. If the user cancels the licence, the discount lapses and cannot be given again.
• How the credits are counted is on the page Early Access. We may adjust the counting where that is needed to keep it fair.
• Bringing someone in. Every member has a link of their own. When somebody makes a new account through it and takes a yearly Power subscription, both get 10% off Power. That lasts as long as the new member keeps their yearly subscription; when they stop, that discount lapses for both. A member may bring in as many people as they like.
• Discounts add up: the Early Access discount, the discount for bringing someone in, and a discount WAZO3D itself gives. The price never goes below nothing; we pay nobody out. You see where all your discounts stand under My discounts.

6. Your models

• What you make stays yours. We keep it only to give you the service: to store it, show it and send it where you send it.
• When you put a model in the showcase, anybody may look at it there, and you allow us to show it there with its picture. Whether others may download and use it, you decide with the licence you choose (view only, CC BY or CC BY-NC); that licence then applies towards them.
• When you share a model with other apps, they may fetch and show it. What they do with it beyond that, those apps arrange with their own users.
• You make sure you have the right to what you upload: pictures, photos, models by others.

7. What is not allowed

No content that is illegal, that infringes the rights of others, that stirs up hatred or threatens anyone, and no personal data of others without their consent. No attempts to misuse or disrupt WAZO3D or to get round its limits. Anybody can report something; we may remove content and, for serious or repeated misuse, close an account.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep WAZO3D working well and make backups every day, but we cannot promise that nothing ever goes wrong. Keep a copy of models that matter to you yourself too: you can always download them as a .wazo file.

9. Liability

If something goes wrong through us, we are liable up to at most the amount you paid us in the twelve months before. This does not apply if we acted intentionally or with gross negligence.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. We announce essential changes at least 30 days in advance on the site and by mail. If you go on using WAZO3D after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can close your account.

11. Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we cannot settle something together, the competent court in the Netherlands decides. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection the law of that country gives you as a consumer.
